Ann’s Health Foods is a great shop for all aspects of healthy living. Ann sells organic packaged foods, like flour and grains and pasta, as well as many gluten free products. Her range of juices is large and rather exotic, as well as the fridge range of vegan friendly foods, like sprouted spelt.

The other half of the shop holds a standard range of herbal health care, and though the selection isn’t as large as some shops, it has been very well chosen to include all the important herbs by well-priced brands.

This is one of the few shops where I can find Olive Leaf, which is a great herb for colds, so I visit here regularly, and often come home with a bag of nuts or healthy munchies or some nice moisturiser. I like the wide variety of products here and can mostly find anything I’m looking for.
